Maxine Wood

Bio

Maxine is a strategic, results driven leader with extensive experience leading Continuous Improvement, organisational transformation and operational change across corporate, education, military and public sector environments.

Throughout her career, she has led large scale change programmes, redesigned learning strategies and implemented quality assurance frameworks to improve colleague capability, operational performance and business outcomes. She is passionate about using data, insight and collaboration to challenge the status quo and identify opportunities for improvement.

Although relatively new to formally applying Lean Six Sigma, Maxine quickly recognised how closely its principles aligned with the Continuous Improvement approaches she has developed throughout her career. What began as professional curiosity has become a genuine passion, providing greater structure to something she has always enjoyed: solving problems, improving processes and delivering meaningful, sustainable change.

Maxine is continuing to develop her expertise in Continuous Improvement and is keen to connect with others across the profession, learning from fellow practitioners while sharing ideas, experiences and best practice.
